    • Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 2 to 3 business days.

    • Delta and Canal Governorates: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Upper Egypt and Red Sea/Border Governorates: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees:

3. General Shipping Guidelines

📌 Important Note on Business Days: Our business days are Saturday to Thursday in Egypt, and Monday to Friday in the UAE. Public holidays, official national vacations, and weekends are excluded from the estimated delivery times.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  • Changing Delivery Address: You can modify your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting customer support. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the address cannot be changed.

  • Package Inspection: For safety and hygiene, please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse acceptance and contact our customer service immediately.
